Throughout the course of delivering solutions to Electric Utilities operating as member owned, Investor Owned, Trust/Community owned and operating in various market conditions we have gained extensive expertise in delivering solutions which must support a business model for regulated, quasi-regulated, deregulated, and deregulated disaggregated market models. In short there's not a market model we haven't successfully delivered operational solutions into.

TVD's business model is centered on partnerships, outsourcing and collaborative contracts, creating lower overheads and increased cost effectiveness to produce added value for our customers. 70% of the company's shares are held by working management with the remaining 30% held by well established and long standing international investment funds.

TVD has experienced significant growth, establishing the TVD Suite of products as the market leader in Trouble Call Management and Operations Outage & Works Management. Through these successes, TVD has gained a presence in the Canadian, New Zealand, Australian, UK and European markets, both directly and in conjunction with established local business partners in these regions.
